These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all wholesale transactions conducted via the Vero Sport platform, operated by eleat sports sp. z o.o., Piaskowa 7, 16-070 Klepacze, Poland, VAT ID: PL9662173885.
Vero Sport is a wholesale B2B platform and brand owned and operated by eleat sports sp. z o.o. All sales are conducted exclusively on a business-to-business basis. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they act as a business entity and accept these Terms.
All orders are processed exclusively on the basis of a pro forma invoice issued by the Seller. No order shall be deemed accepted until such pro forma invoice has been issued. All orders are binding once confirmed.
All prices are wholesale prices expressed in EUR unless stated otherwise. Prices are net of VAT. Intra-EU transactions may be subject to 0% VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism. Domestic Polish transactions are subject to 23% VAT.
All payments must be made in advance, based solely on the issued pro forma invoice. Goods are dispatched only after full payment has been received and credited to the Seller’s account. Failure to pay within the specified time may result in order cancellation.
Order preparation usually takes approximately 24 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and destination and typically ranges from 2 to 5 business days from dispatch.
The Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Any shortages, damages or discrepancies must be reported within 3 (three) calendar days from delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Due to the B2B nature of transactions, returns are not accepted unless explicitly agreed in writing. The Seller’s liability is limited to the value of the disputed goods.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Polish courts.
